Day 1: VALENCIA - ISTANBUL - TASHKENT
Meeting at Manises Airport at 10:00 a.m. Departure at 12:05 p.m. bound for Tashkent, with a brief stopover in Istanbul. Arrival in Tashkent and transfer to the hotel.
Day 2: TASHKENT.
We will begin the journey in the city of Tashkent, an ancient stone city where we will see both historic and modern monuments, such as the KHASTI IMAM COMPLEX, which houses some of the most valuable books, including the Uthman Quran (7th century). We will visit the CHORSU ORIENTAL BAZAAR and the TASHKENT METRO from the 1970s, built after the 1966 earthquake, as well as Independence Square and Amir Temur Avenue. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 3: TASHKENT - URGENCH - JIVA.
We will fly to Urgench and transfer to Khiva. Upon arrival in Khiva, we will get to know the city made famous by the legends of One Thousand and One Nights. We will see the entrance gate of the OTA DARVOZA FORTRESS (Ichan Qala – inner citadel), whose architectural monuments were built between the 10th and 18th centuries and have been preserved in good condition to this day. Next, we will see the KALTA MINAR, the unfinished minaret, the MADRASA OF KING MOHAMED AMINKHAN, and the ancient palace KUHNA ARK. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 4: JIVA.
On the fourth day, we will continue in Khiva and explore in depth the MOHAMED RAHIMKHAN MADRASA, the PAHLAVAN MAHMUD MAUSOLEUM, the ISLAMKHODJA MADRASA AND MINARET, the DJUMA (Friday) MOSQUE, the CARAVANSERAI, the TOSH KHAVLI PALACE, and the KHAN’S HAREM. In addition, we will visit the exterior of the inner citadel, where we will enter a 19th–20th century woodcraft workshop. In the afternoon, there will be free time to stroll around the city. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 5: JIVA - BUJARA
In the morning, we will depart for the city of Bukhara across the Kyzyl Kum Desert (by bus or train), observing the sand dunes along the way. In ancient times, caravans passed through this area heading west, following the Silk Road that connected the western cities with Bukhara. In the afternoon, we will arrive in Bukhara and check in at the hotel. We will visit the Lyabi Hauz Complex, which houses historic monuments from the 16th–17th centuries. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 6. BUJARA

We will begin the day touring the outside of the city, visiting the BAKHOUDDIN NAQSHBANDIY COMPLEX (dedicated to the great Sufi of Central Asia), the summer palace of the Emir of Bukhara – SITORAI MOHI-KHOSA, and the CHOR MINOR MADRASA. Finally, we will visit a carpet workshop and admire the artworks that artisans have been creating using traditional techniques for centuries. To end the day, we will attend a show of traditional dances and songs, including a parade of typical costumes (dinner included) at the Nadir Devanbegi Madrasa.
Day 8. BUJARA - SAMARCANDA.
In the morning, we will depart for the legendary city of Samarkand. On the way, we will make a brief stop in Gijduvan, famous for its ceramics school and the “Ceramists’ Workshop.” During the journey, we will make a second stop to visit the ruins of the ancient caravanserai RABATI MALIK and the historic water reservoir SARDOBA. Upon arrival in Samarkand, we will transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, we will take a guided tour of SAMARKAND, visiting the GURI EMIR MAUSOLEUM with its enormous turquoise dome and the tombs of TAMERLANE (TIMUR) and his descendants. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 9. SAMARCANDA.
Day 10. SAMARCANDA - TASHKENT.
On the last day of the trip, we will visit the famous ULUGBEK OBSERVATORY (15th century), as well as the paper and carpet workshops that have been famous worldwide for centuries. In the afternoon, we will depart for the capital, Tashkent, on the high-speed “Afrasiab” train. Upon arrival in Tashkent, dinner and transfer to the airport.
Day 11. TASHKENT - ISTANBUL - VALENCIA.
